Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

You must notify us of any issues with your goods within 14 days of receiving the item.

Change of mind returns:

Items can be returned to us for any reason, and a full refund given as long as the item is returned to us in its original condition, unused, unworn and if possible, in the original packaging. Please email us at sales@minigirlsuk.com to let us know that you will be returning your item for a refund. Personalised items are exempt from this, and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges:

If you simply want to exchange your item for a different colour/size please email us at sales@minigirlsuk.com to let us know. Return the item to us, in it’s original condition, unworn, unused and if possible, in its original packaging. We will then send a replacement out as requested. The buyer is liable for the return postage costs in this instance.

Damaged or faulty items:

If an item is received broken, damaged or in otherwise poor or unusable condition, please email us immediately at sales@minigirlsuk.com to inform us of your issues, attach photos of the damage if possible, and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
We will exchange/refund your order upon receipt of a return of the damaged item, and we will cover the cost of return postage.

Personalised items:

Unfortunately, all personalised items are exempt from being returned for a refund/exchange unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
