Refund and Returns Policy


You must notify us of any issues with your goods within 14 days of receiving the item.

Change of mind returns:

Items can be returned to us for any reason, and a full refund given as long as the item is returned to us in its original condition, unused, unworn and if possible, in the original packaging. Please email us at to let us know that you will be returning your item for a refund. Personalised items are exempt from this, and cannot be returned unless faulty.


If you simply want to exchange your item for a different colour/size please email us at to let us know. Return the item to us, in it’s original condition, unworn, unused and if possible, in its original packaging. We will then send a replacement out as requested. The buyer is liable for the return postage costs in this instance.

Damaged or faulty items:

If an item is received broken, damaged or in otherwise poor or unusable condition, please email us immediately at to inform us of your issues, attach photos of the damage if possible, and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
We will exchange/refund your order upon receipt of a return of the damaged item, and we will cover the cost of return postage.

Personalised items:

Unfortunately, all personalised items are exempt from being returned for a refund/exchange unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
