Join us at our big ‘Mini’s 65th Birthday Party’ themed Club Stand at British Mini Club’s ‘British Mini Day’ at Himley Hall, near Dudley, DY3 4DF, on Sunday, 12th May
Each ticket admits ONE Mini & The driver. Extra tickets for passengers can be added here at £12pp, or you can pay on entry, in CASH ONLY, on the day price is £15pp. All Minis are welcome, regardless of model, size, colour or age!
Children are free entry up to 16 years of age!
The theme for the event is ‘Mini’s 65th Birthday Party’ so all the club stands need to do their best to create a fabulous display using this theme. Any ideas you have or anything we can use, please suggest or bring them along! We will be having a competition for the best FAKE CAKE to sit on the roof of your car – We do have a trophy to be given for the best fake baker! Make it from cardboard, paint a cake dummy, decorate it with photos of Minis, use toy cars, a 65th Birthday cake topper – go mad, go as big as you like, use your imagination, we want to see as many of you with a fake cake on your roof as possible, so we look like we’ve made a real team effort. We also want to have a big gift pile on display, so if each of you could wrap up a medium sized empty box and bring it along, that would be amazing – I’d bring them all myself, but hey, I’ve got a Mini – can’t get much in!
We’ll have lots of other birthday party themed bits, balloons, banners, party hats etc but if you have anything you can think of to bring, that would be great!
The closing date for purchasing tickets for this event will be the 28th April, when I will book and pay for everyone on the club stand at once. Your passes and wristbands will be posted to me, and we will sort out a convoy meeting point for the morning, where I will distribute them to you before all driving in together – keep an eye out on the events page on Facebook for convoy details.
We’ve got lots of fun bits lined up for the stand, and would love to see lots of you there with your lovely Minis.
